As I sat around my campfire at Crater Lake on the tail end of a 3 month, “What now in life…?” road trip, I noticed broken wine bottles in my fire pit.  A look back and forth between the bottle I had just opened and the broken bottles in the fire pit was the “A-HA!” moment.  What if I bottled wine in a shatterproof bottle that I could take anywhere that glass is a liability? This was the conceptual beginning of Outsider Cellars.

 

Fast forward 9 months, 6 ‘Proof of Concept’ meetings and umpteen tasting sessions later and we’re proud to present our company. We offer 3 varietals —

Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and a Rosé as well as our trademarked Provision Pack. All from the Central Coast of California.
